Automatic Lisec sealing system VFL-1D/20, running direction left/right, year of manufacture 2002, consisting of:
- APKV-3/20, sealing inlet with cork applicator and glass/frame measuring device
- VFL-1D/20, automatic sealing system for double and triple insulating glass units
- DOS-1PUD, dosing station for PS, with 2 base pumps (2×200 l) and hardener pump (200 l)
The machine is currently being overhauled and will be available from our workshop in Hungary from mid-October.
The following overhaul work will be carried out:
- Cleaning of the entire machine
- Replacement of all compressed air hoses
- New material hoses
- New hydraulic hoses
- All pumps are fitted with new seal kits
- All non-return valves are replaced
- Hardener needle valves are replaced
- New seals on the dosing cylinders
- and many more smaller jobs
